Delete Your Account

This page lets you request permanent deletion of your Ausam English account and associated personal data in line with Google Play policy and applicable laws.

How deletion works

1. Submit a request using the form below or through the in-app option (Profile → Settings → Delete Account).
2. We’ll verify your identity (typically via your email or order ID).
3. Once verified, deletion is queued and usually completed within 7 days.

What we delete

• Profile information (name, email, avatar).
• Account Scores and Progress.
• App history.
• Cloud-stored settings and linked devices.

What we may retain (limited)

• Records required by law (e.g., purchase receipts, fraud-prevention data).
• Anonymous analytics not tied to your identity.
